I also believe that having someone deep in your corner to bounce back and forth with creates a level of safety and self belief that makes YOU and what you are wanting to create feel so much more possible.

JARNA HOW IS THIS DIFFERNT FROM THE HEART IS THE BAR?

 

Great question. The Heart is the Bar calls are me teaching you with very little space for live coaching. The Arena is all about coaching. It is a space for you to jump on our calls every Monday to be coached, to ask specific questions that are relevant to you and work through in real time.

 

You also have 6 weeks of WhatsApp Coaching, of support and accountability with an incredible intimate group of women FROM THE HEART IS THE BAR. Which means we are all on the same page with the SAME understanding of language and context.

 

This is designed to support the woman who is ready to stretch…without pushing (to hard).

 

It’s not about “fixing anything" as such but about getting back into alignment to what you say you want.

 

It’s about continuing to choose yourself - out loud, and with other women witnessing you (the witnessing is how we keep that ego quitter).

 

And yes - it will feel vulnerable at times, it's meant to.

 

But that's the medicine. That is the whole frikin point.
