The Arena

The Arena is 6 weeks of showing up, being seen in the messy middle and ASKING the questions that you are holding on your heart.

It’s the space to be coached, called forward and to lovingly be shown those hard to get to spots that our egos don’t allow us to see.

Yes it is group coaching, there are limited spaces so we can keep it super intimate and personal.

GROUP COACHING IS SUCH A TRANSFORMATIVE WAY TO BE SEEN, BABE. This is the way you say YES to getting into The Arena of your own life.

The ego is always trying to find ways to keep us hidden and silent which is why spaces like this are so impactful. We already have a relationship. You know I am not full of shit and that I am great at what I do. So we are not starting from scratch we are starting from weeks, months and for some of us YEARS of doing this work together.

Yes it is very different to One on One coaching because you are being seen in a way you aren’t in One on One and YES you will be speaking, AGAIN this is where it becomes transformational because it is where the ego really has to shift to the back seat.

And yes I still get nervous in the group coaching programs I am in, all my shit comes to the surface and it feels like a lot, AND it is what has really grown me to be seen in my mess. (The ego really hates it when we are seen in our vulnerabilities as it brings all our fears to the surface)
