So before this round of The Heart is the bar even started I knew that this offer would be shared, I saw it clear as day. It is time for you to speak, to be seen to stretch yourself to YOUR next level and be surrounded by the most amazing safe women as you do.

Yes babe it is Group Coaching. Yes that does mean you will be talking in front of the group. Yes that is why it is so transformational and expansive.

Six weeks of live group coaching, deep conversation and gentle honesty, this is designed to support women who are genuinely ready to stretch…without pushing (to hard).

It’s not about “fixing anything".

It’s about continuing to choose yourself - out loud, and with other women witnessing you (so your ego doesn’t slip you quietly out the back door).

And yes - it will feel vulnerable at times. I still feel that too.
But babe that the medicine. That is the whole frikin point.

If this is your first time in The Heart is the Bar you may not understand this part, but every round you will hear things with new ears. Every rounds has a new texture to it, a new standard and a whole new way of stepping into this part of your time line.

There will be many women signing up for their 4th and 5th round a this feels like their version "of church".

A place for us to rest our heads and our hearts on a Monday morning and really anchor into what feels true and important.

And yes each round has it own flavour and energetic charge. It is always similar but also never close to the same.

If this is your first time in The Heart is the Bar you may not understand this part, but every round you will hear things with new ears. Every rounds has a new texture to it, a new standard and a whole new way of stepping into this part of your time line.

Again I know it is a while away so it can be hard to think that far ahead BUT it will be a really beautiful , loving and expansive way to begin 2026. 

 

I truly believe what happens in these 12 weeks is Powerful AF. The level of Self Belief, Courage and Healing that I continue to witness never ceases to amaze me. And encase you are wondering....
