I guide couples to find their way back to each other—opening up, sharing how they truly feel, and rediscovering joy and intimacy in their relationship. It might feel out of reach right now, but I promise it’s possible.

This three month journey is an invitation to:

• Rekindle the love that gets buried under the busyness of life.

Babe no one teaches us how to truly be in a relationship. The models we’ve grown up with, our parents’ stories, our partner’s upbringing, often fall short of showing us what a loving, mature relationship looks like. It’s okay not to “just know.”
