So we know life can really "life" hard sometimes and you may feel like you just need a safe space to share, ask for support and get clear on what the truth is and what is just old stories been really bloody loud.

And sometimes we are just getting away with things we wish we weren't and would like some extra accountability for "those parts".

I believe we all need someone in or corner. The space we had in WhatsApp is often what so many women miss the most after our time in Tender or Embrace finishes up.

What's included:

• 4 weeks of WhatsApp Support.
• I am available for Support Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (You can send your message whenever you have time)
• Having me in your corner again to ask questions, ask for support, bounce ideas and co-create together for four whole weeks.

I also want to note that his isn't a space for Deep Coaching Sessions or 20 minute Messages. If you are looking for that though we can definitely book a One on One together.
