• Your "Rebellious Teenager" and "Victim Child" will be running the show, all or nothing, you are either "killing it" or " hiding under a blanket on the couch telling white lies”.

• You will have nowhere to hide in these 5 weeks, I will see all of you and love you as much as I can while you are learning to love yourself, its intense in the best way possible.

• Embrace is a 5 week online container with yourself and other likeminded women who are just like you, full of magic, wisdom and road blocks!!
• Each week we will meet via zoom for 90 minutes (give or take) to work through the content from the week, to ask questions, to celebrate and support each other and be held accountable for what we have said we are committing to. (These commitments are as small or as huge as you desire them to be, the biggest part is that you stay inside your body as you are doing "the thing") *We will have Good Friday off so 4 zoom calls over 5 weeks.
• You will be added to the Embrace Facebook group where you get to make lifelong friends, ask questions, be supported and held in ALL the emotions and fears that business brings from day to day. (Yep be part of a GROUP, a team, you are not a lone wolf babe, it’s time to stop being an outsider and let people in)

• You will receive a weekly downloadable “storybook” via Kajabi that will be intuitively created as we go. (This is really important, until we begin I don't know exactly what it is that you need, and I completely TRUST that as we shift through these five weeks you will receive so much content from me, but what exactly that will be will be inspired and channelled as we go)
